Your Responsibility: Your laboratory remains solely responsible for independently
reviewing, interpreting, and validating every result produced by this software before relying on it for any
clinical, regulatory, or operational decision. Each validation module and its outputs must be evaluated and
validated by your laboratory's qualified personnel in accordance with your own quality system, CLIA, CAP,
and applicable regulations.
No Warranty: ValidToolsLab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or
implied, including fitness for a particular clinical or regulatory purpose.
Limitation of Liability: ValidToolsLab LLC, its owners, and affiliates shall not be held
liable for any claims, damages, losses, regulatory findings, or third-party demands arising from the use,
misuse, or misinterpretation of results generated by this software.
This trial account is provided free of charge for evaluation purposes and will expire automatically after 5
months.
